I purchased it but it tells me that the trial period is over. Why?

Even that you have purchased it, what you download is a trial version. You need to activate it using the license key (Activation code) sent to you at the time of purchase. To activate, please type in your license key (case sensitive) in the License Key field in the Common Config. page of ShortcutMe.

I have entered my license key in the Common Config. page but it still says that my license is not valid for my device. Why?

Make sure that you have typed in the license key exactly as it is (case sensitive)

Be aware that the letters

l (as linda),

i (as india),

1 (number one) might look very similar in your license key.

I still have problem to get it activated. What should I do?

Send email to support at fonware dot ca with the following information:

1- Your device PIN

2- Your device Model,

3- The email you received when you purchased ShortcutMe

After attempting to upgrade to ShortcutMe V2.02, I get the error message Error Starting ShortcutMe: Class xxx multiply defined. Why?

This is unfortunately a direct result of us being forced to change the software name from ShortcutBerry to ShortcutMe. The only way to solve this problem is to delete ShortcutBerry and then try to run ShortcutMe. Deleting can be done in Options->Advanced Options->Applications

Please be aware that upgrading to ShortcutMe V2.02 will result in loosing your configuration settings.

Do I always loose my configuration settings when I upgrade to a newer version of ShortcutMe?

No, this is the only time as we have been forced to change the application name from ShortcutBerry to ShortcutMe. Future releases will be easily installed over existing one and will reuse the configuration settings.
