If you have entered your license key in the Common Config page and you can launch any of your shortcuts, then your license key is valid.
If you are adding the app name as it shows in the BB's Home Screen, then you are not doing anything wrong. ShortcutMe uses the standard RIM API to launch RIM app and 3rd party apps. Unfortunately that API cannot launch every application (including even some of RIM's own application, and some 3rd party apps). So, just by adding an app name to the Extra AppName does not necessarily mean that it can be launched by ShortcutMe.
We are, however, registering requests from customers to launch various apps so that we can add launching support for them in future releases of ShortcutMe.

The screen is divided into two touch navigation zones. First zone, the Fast-Touch-Navigation- Zone, is 2/3 of the screen width and the second zone, Slow-Touch-Navigation-Zone, is the remaining 1/3 part of the screen width. Depending on whether the user is right or left handed these two zones toggle to the other side of the screen.
For a right handed user, 1/3 of the screen from right is the Slow-Touch-Navigation-Zone and the rest is Fast-Touch-Navigation-Zone.
For a left handed user, 1/3 of the screen from left is the Slow-Touch-Navigation-Zone and the rest is Fast-Touch-Navigation-Zone.
